Tour Meeting Location

Your journey begins in one of Savannah's beautiful historic squares or parks. After booking, you'll receive the exact meeting location, detailed directions, and information on how to identify your guide before the tour begins.

Small Group Narrative

Our intimate group cap of 12 guests ensures easy conversation and a truly immersive experience under the shade of the live oaks. Savannah is best understood at three miles an hour.

Comfortable Pacing

Tours are designed for a comfortable pace, allowing you to soak in the atmosphere. We recommend comfortable shoes and checking local weather forecasts for your visit.

Cancellations by Guests

Guests may cancel their tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Guests may request to reschedule their tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals & Missed Tours

Tours depart at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the tour can wait for guests who arrive late.

Late arrivals or missed tours are non-refundable.

Weather

Tours may continue in light rain or other minor weather conditions.

If severe weather creates unsafe conditions and the tour must be canceled by the guide, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellations by the Guide

If the guide must cancel a tour due to circumstances that make the tour unsafe or impossible to operate, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
