Cancellations by Guests

• Guests may cancel their tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• Guests may request to reschedule their tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals & Missed Tours

• Tours depart at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the tour can wait for guests who arrive late.

• Late arrivals or missed tours are non-refundable.

Weather

• Tours may continue in light rain or other minor weather conditions.

• If severe weather creates unsafe conditions and the tour must be canceled by the guide, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellations by the Guide

• If the guide must cancel a tour due to circumstances that make the tour unsafe or impossible to operate, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
