How much walking is involved?

• Our tours are walking tours through historic Savannah. Walking distances vary by route, so please review the individual tour description when choosing the experience that is right for you.

What should I wear?

• Comfortable shoes are recommended. Savannah weather can change throughout the day, so dressing appropriately for the forecast is also recommended.

What should I bring?

• We recommend bringing water, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to stay comfortable during your tour.

Are your tours family-friendly?

• Yes! Select tours are designed with families and children in mind. Please check the individual tour description to see whether a tour is recommended for children.

Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?

How do I book a tour?

• Select the tour you would like to take, choose your preferred date and time, enter your booking information, and complete your reservation through our online booking system.

Can I change my reservation?

• Yes. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are subject to availability.

Can I add additional guests to my reservation?

• Additional guests may be added when availability allows. Please contact us if you need to make a change to your reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?

• Guests may cancel their tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

• Guests may request to reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time, subject to availability.

What happens if I arrive late?

• Tours depart at the scheduled time. While we understand that unexpected delays can happen, we cannot guarantee that the tour can wait for late arrivals.

• Late arrivals or missed tours are non-refundable.

What happens if it rains?

• Tours may continue during light rain or minor weather conditions.

• If severe weather creates unsafe conditions and the tour must be canceled by the guide, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

What happens if the guide has to cancel the tour?

• If the guide must cancel a tour because of severe weather or other circumstances that make the tour unsafe or impossible to operate, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

When should I arrive?

• We recommend arriving at the meeting location 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time so you have time to find the meeting point and get ready for the tour.

What if I can't find the meeting location?

• Your booking confirmation will include the meeting location and other important tour information. If you are having trouble finding the meeting point, please contact us using the contact information provided with your reservation.
