1. Booking & Payment

A reservation is confirmed once the booking process has been completed and payment has been received.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information and the correct number of guests when making a reservation.

2. Tour Times & Meeting Locations

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting location at the scheduled time.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the tour to allow enough time to find the meeting location and prepare for the tour.

Tours depart at their scheduled start time. We cannot guarantee that the tour can wait for guests who arrive late.

3. Walking Conditions

Our tours take place throughout Savannah's historic streets and public areas. Routes may include uneven sidewalks, brick, cobblestones, rocky or irregular pavement, curbs, and changes in elevation.

Guests should wear comfortable, supportive walking shoes and use appropriate caution when navigating uneven surfaces.

Guests are responsible for determining whether a tour is appropriate for their individual mobility and comfort level.

4. Children

Children participating in our tours must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the tour.

5. Weather & Tour Changes

Tours may continue during light rain or other minor weather conditions.

For safety reasons, the guide may modify, postpone, or cancel a tour due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, road closures, special events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a tour is canceled by the guide, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, as applicable.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

By booking a tour, guests acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms that apply to their reservation.

7. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and for following reasonable safety instructions provided by the guide.

Guests should notify the guide of any concerns that may affect their ability to safely participate in the tour.

8. Tour Routes & Experiences

Tour routes, stops, and attractions may occasionally change due to weather, construction, public events, closures, or other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the experience described on our website while allowing for necessary changes.
